• Provide various secretarial supports to senior management. This includes but is not limited to; travel arrangements, logistics, meetings, receive and direct visitors. • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as required. • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for easy retrieval of documents from filing system for senior management. • Maintain the attendance log for staff and consultants and provide monthly attendance reports to HR. • Prepare and follow up on reimbursements of medicals. • Maintain office supply inventories. • Supervise office messenger. • General clerical duties including office cleanness, office maintenance, photocopying, fax, mailing, answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls.
Qualifications Bachelors in business administration, accounting or any equivalent degree. • 2-3 years of proven administrative or assistant experience. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work. • Attention to detail and problem solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and its applications i.e. spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint presentations and database management.
