•Manage and Administer employee insurance plans. •Administers employee insurance, pension and savings plans and works with insurance •Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness •Follow up medical insurance for all of employees •Follow up life insurance (claims , complaints) •Handle different benefit program (mobile service, employee fund box ) •Handle pension plans •Handle mobile service providers claims , complaints •Develop and maintain a system of procedures to administer the employee fringe benefits program. •Conducts research, prepares reports, responds to surveys and analyzes data for various benefits initiatives. •Establishing and maintaining relationships with insurance companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options •Responsible for employee settlement •Designing a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of a changing workforce •Process all benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations timely. •Analyze complex benefit plans. •Regularly run reports to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
