1. Based on sales forecasts, assists the MMD manager to formulate sourcing plans. 2. Reviews markets, price & delivery conditions, and trends to determine present and future materials availability. Alert the MMD Manager. 3. Initiates requests for quotations against queries / requests received from users. Receives and evaluates quotations, forwards to users. 4. Processes and releases Purchase orders on approved / specified vendors. Makes sure that purchasing documents are completed properly and the terms and conditions of purchase are appropriate. 5. Ensure regular and effective follow up of open orders 6. Follows policies and procedures established by the Manager and monitors activates of purchasing clerks 7. Processes purchase order claims and contracts as per company policy. 8. Reviews weekly inventory trends and discussion variations with user staff. 9. Contacts suppliers / vendors when variations arise in delivery, quality , price , or conditions of sale. 10.Liaises between suppliers / Manufactures and relevant internal departments. 11.Keeps accurate records of price histories and problems in doing business with particular vendors. 12.Under the guidance of MMD manager, Purchase follows departmental quid lines and selects vendors on basis of price, capability, and past performance. 13.Under the guidance of the Manager, Purchase negotiates prices, discounts , credit terms and delivery etc. 14.Ensure efficient utilization of work force and maintains staffing levels based on company standards.
Qualifications Bachelor degree from a reputable university

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent use Ms. Office, Hard Working, can work under pressure, Self Confidence, Anticipation and Delegation
