* Gets direct tasks from Chairman, organizes his meetings & appointments. * Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial reports and other documents, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Establishing, maintaining and setting up necessary filling system, hard & soft copies. * Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails & faxes. * Correspondence and dealing with international companies & foreigners via emails & telephone calls. * Handles legalization process for incoming shipments & prepares bank paperwork.
Qualifications * Very good user of MS Office (Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Outlook). * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to learn more. * Professional verbal & written communication skills. * Excellent Attention to details. * Excellent organization skills.
