A CNC Service Engineer capable to work with different technologies of turning and milling machines. You will repair, service and maintain all onsite equipment travelling across Egypt & North Africa. involved in undertaking regular visits to clients, diagnosing and fault finding on equipment with immediate rectification, training and providing technical support to all staff onsite, building relationships with clients, reviewing new products and systems to enhance quality and to increase continuous improvement techniques.
Qualifications The CNC Service Engineer must have completed an Engineering degree and have excellent knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with a perfect command of English Language Duties: •Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, reading and understanding electrical wiring diagrams •Experience with pneumatic circuits and Hydraulic and have the ability to read and understand both drawings •Ability of diagnosing & fault finding •Good skills using hand tools and power tools •The ability to undertake maintenance on CNC machines / CNC machinery in accordance with a checklist. •Some experience of machine installations and relocations •Be computer literate and have experience using MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
