(Aswan Skills Development Program)•The Entrepreneurship Manager will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of all entrepreneurship program components in line with the project implementation plan. •The incumbent will work in close collaboration with other program managers and experts/consultants to Enhance access to sustainable enterprise, self-employment and social entrepreneurship opportunities among young men and women in Aswan. • Overall responsibility for the entrepreneurship component of the project; designing, developing, delivering, and managing an integrated entrepreneurship program. • Promotion and advocacy of entrepreneurship amongst youth of Aswan. • Liaison and relationship building with local, national, and international stakeholders. • Working with community-based and private organisations and individuals to start-up, develop, maintain and grow profitable/sustainable businesses. • Working collaboratively with other project teams to effectively and efficiently deliver program components.
Qualifications • A relevant bachelor degree, preferably in business administration with at least 3-5 years of practical experience in business incubators, or enterprise development. Five to seven years of relevant professional experience working in TVET projects • Experience and/or solid understanding of business development. • Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic language skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage quality, people, and resources: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills. • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to work, build trust, motivate and work under pressure • Demonstrated capacity to multi-task, work independently and take initiative • Energy and willingness to work in the field in diverse locations and diverse lines of business
