1- Provides project management for construction and remodeling projects, ensures projects are within budget and on time; assess long-term facility value; approves and administers contracts; observes and inspects work. 2- Coordinates activities with outside contractors and agencies; prepares reports on the status of contract projects. 3- Assists in administering the selection, negotiation, evaluation and contracts of architects, engineers and other consultants. 4- Coordinates construction projects with other departments 5- Participates in developing, administering, and monitoring project budgets 6- Prepare and monitor project time schedule for design stages 7- Supervises Facility Management works according to Facility Management contract. 8- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level. As Required
Qualifications Bachelor Degree, At least 10- 15 years of experience. Fluent English language, Construction management, Facility planning, Architectural and engineering and procedures, Negotiation techniques, Contract management, Advanced project management, Construction design, Budgeting, Excellent communications and time management skills.
