Review all daily reports regarding the round trips and invoices to ensure achieving department objectives. - Review collection percentages to ensure achieving the collection targets. - Follow up and ensure that all claims are delivered to each customer on time to save companys rights. - Review and analyze the fuel consumption to control it and to save companys rights. - Analyze the exceeding limits of the truck and cars maintenance report and take the appropriate actions to save companys rights. - Review companys truck delivery rounds & routs with the concerned committee to ensure effective work operations. - Review the monthly incentive for distribution department employees to maintain employees rights. - Meet with the regional distribution managers and distribution supervisors for all branches to discuss department objectives, problems and obstacles to ensure smooth work operations. - Communicate and resolve any escalated problems with different branches related to distribution along with regional distribution managers to ensure smooth work operations.
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. - 7 - 10 years experience in the same position. - Excellent User of MS office. - Excellent analytical abilities. - Well organized and Follow up skills. - Problem solving, Communication, analytical, and leadership skills. - Very Good command of English language.
