Build a customer focused service delivery and support culture through integration of best practice and standards Oversee and responsible for the quality delivery of all IT Services functions and teams Oversee the proper management and execution of IT Services projects, activities, and deliverables Responsible for Panda new store opening and store refit programs Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with ITIL Service Desk, Service Level Management and Change Management Develop and deploy Service Level Agreement (SLA) and promote ITIL standard practices across all Panda BUs and Sites (Stores, Warehouses, Offices…). Run regular customer satisfaction surveys across BUs and develop action plans to improve costumer’s IT experience Responsible for reporting IT operational performance against agreed targets. Perform adequate selection of End-User technologies & solutions ensuring standardization and consolidation. Manage systems’ capacity planning (Network, POS, VC, UC…) to ensure continuous improvement of services balancing cost with performance. Participate in Disaster Recovery planning for store systems. Develop and manage CAPEX & OPEX.
Qualifications BSC in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or very relevant field. Advanced Technical and Managerial Certifications (ITIL, PMP,..etc.) In-depth technical knowledge of designing and managing store systems (POS, SCALES,…) Well-rounded knowledge of designing, implementing and managing large-scale Networks and technologies: Routing, Switching, Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), Systems performance tuning experience and Backup/Recovery practices and product expertise Monitoring and optimizing infrastructure for high availability, security and cost efficiency In-depth knowledge of disaster recovery planning and managing disaster recovery sites Highly skilled in IT service management (Delivery and Support) Proven mastery in organization development Very Strong Project management skills
