• Ensure the timely and accurate update of all attendance and vacation records for all employees. • Prepares timekeeping analysis reports based on the time sheets produced by the finger-print machine. • Prepares the monthly payroll according to the approved policy including taxation and social insurance deductions. • Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries either cash or bank transfer. • Monitor employees database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database. • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system. • Follow up on the annual contract renewals. • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required. • Renew of medical exemption & pay to Health insurance authority. • Handle employees insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6 • Conduct various research studies pertaining to personnel services and benefits with the view of improving and developing the same (i.e.: Staff Satisfaction Survey).
Qualifications • Suitable university Degree. • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position • Background in dealing with labor office and social insurance office
