• Works with production and maintenance teams for work orders (production and maintenance) scheduling, progress measurement and control. • Produce the master schedule integrating work orders. • Communicates all team leaders the required completion dates and interfaces between functional team / operational team. • Monitors and forecast activities progress estimating completion dates and potential alternatives. • Accumulates, collects and analyzes data and information required for planning and keep accurate metrics of planning function performance. • Provides timely reports to operation managers • Cooperates with Production, Maintenances, Material Planning, Procurement and Stores-WH teams on a continuous basis. • Preparation of Master Schedule on weekly and monthly basis for Production and Maintenances activities. • Follow-up of planned versus actual and analyzing and reporting deviations on daily basis. • Monitoring and align / realign weekly Production and Maintenance program, coordinating with both teams to resolve conflicts & overlaps. • Monitoring backlog of outstanding work orders, maintenance requests, preventive or predictive tasks. • Produces the monthly report with planned, executed, deviations.
Qualifications • Good knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance concepts. • Skilled in Root cause analysis and estimations • At least 3 yrs experience in continuous manufacturing processes and planning • BS in Engineering preferable Mechanical. • Minimum 4 years of experience in planning
