SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting the features of a product to customers. Shows how product works, takes questions, and attempts to persuade customers or clients to buy product. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrate product to customers at our showroom • Market product to clients who expressed interest in our products. • Show how product is best-used. • Show how product should be cleaned and properly stored. • Answer questions about products, and its pricing • Refer customers to authorized distributers in the area closest to them to buy from • Tell customers About product advantages • Make customer voice reports. • Record customer data. • Responsible for the dedicated info center managerial tasks. • Get all the after sales complain and send it to the after sales Dept.
Qualifications -Problem solving -Customer oriented -Teamplayer -Planning & Organising skills -Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities -Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills -university graduate is a must.
