Job Description: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Essential duties and responsibilities: · Lead the planning and implementation of project. · Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. · Understand scope and decompose it into work break down structure and work packages. · Prepare contract baseline schedule and/or revised schedules using scheduling software. · Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule. · Define project tasks and resource requirements · Prepare the progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic project schedule updates. · Prepare & update periodically the progress performance curves & key performance indicators. · Conduct the schedule monthly progress update for the purpose of disturbing information to all concerned departments. · Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed. · Liaise with project engineering personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers. · Prepare & monitor cash flow reports for management. · Preparing manpower, histograms & equipment plan throughout different phases of each project to ensure proper cost calculation. · Carry out schedule risk analysis, identify schedule slippages and potential slippages and develop and propose mitigation actions · Conduct regular site visits to assess the project progress.
Qualifications .knowledge , skills and abilities required .Engineering Bachelor Degree .MBA or PMP certificate .8 to 10 years of experience • Previous experience in Project Management • Hard Worker, Persistent and Result Driven • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Fluency in English language is a must

Other Skills Provide support to verify claimed monthly progress against invoices, variations and change orders. · Assist in invoice verification for payment based on cost –loaded schedules. · Develop full scale project plans. · Assemble and coordinate project staff. · Manage project budget. · Manage project resource allocation. · Plan and schedule project timeliness. · Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. · Provide direction and support to project team. ·Quality assurance. · Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.. · Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. · Project evaluations and assessment of results.
