1) Requesting Quotations from the different suppliers, 2) Assist in Purchasing Process from the local market, 3) Following up with the suppliers, (quotations, delivery date, receiving goods….), 4) Filling Work at the office, 5) Typing Letters and orders, 6) Preparing Requisitions, 7) Following up the status of requisitions and the recital status with the requesters, 8) Responsible for putting in order all documents related to Procurement and Logistic. 9) Survey in the local market for new suppliers with better deals 10) Handling the daily purchase requests for the local market.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree •Very good organization, interaction and presentation skills. •Experience in Purchasing with Industrial Firms, •Accustomed with Mechanical and Electrical components and have a challenge to learn more, •Having Good Idea about the markets in Cairo, •Having Driving License
