•Studies and analyzes data and product specifications to specify standards and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. •Maintains quality control objectives based on company policies and goals. •Establishes inspection criteria and procedures and communicates and explains procedures to management in the company. •Work with plant managers to ensure maximize product reliability and minimize costs. •Arranges for inspection for product throughout production cycle. •Applies "Statistical Quality Control" tools in reporting processes. •Guides and instructs workers in inspection and testing in order to ensure regular control over materials, facilities, and products. •Insures that all purchased parts are according to quality standards. •Produces environmental test functions.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree •Good analytical skills •Good reporting system •Can work under pressure and meet the deadlines •High observer and learning ability
