-Announce and transfer departmental policies and procedures to subordinates clearly and suggest the required recommendations for direct manager -Execute workshops examination plan in terms of stages of the process and final product through quality inspectors, and reviewing quality data for testing and approval before distributed to the relevant sections and ensures testing accuracy inspectors on a regular basis and participate in the work of standard samples, update and analyze quality data statistically and determine the level of quality and decide for acceptance and rejection of the final product. -Participate in analyzing customer complaints and solutions and suggest suitable corrective action -Train and develop team on the right processes and participate with direct manager in evaluating team performance. -Cooperate with production departments and sections to study suitable way to increase workers’ quality and productivity -Committed to adopting security and health and safety issues and oversees the workers under his supervision and take the necessary actions in accordance with the stated policies.
Qualifications -Bachelors degree in engineering or science -From 5-7 years experience in quality field
