•Receive the job request from the manager. •Prepare an accurate job description and required competencies for the position by coordinating with the manager. •Post the job in all available recruitment channels •Headhunt qualified calibers for the determined job by contacting and offering them the job’s specifications. •Screen the received job applications according to the specified competencies needed. •Schedule the interviews, Confirm appointments with the candidates and inform the interviewer by the settled appointments by reserving their calendar. •Conduct an HR interview to the candidates. •Hold final meeting with the approved candidates for informing them by the final approved salary, the needed hiring documents. •Make the job offers for the new hires •Responsible for signing contracts for accepted candidates and follow up their hiring documents. •Create fingerprint and make departments orientation for new hires. •Search for new recruitment channels to improve the recruitment process and present the offer to the top management. •Create and enhance the job description for the company to have an accurate job description for each Position. •Maintain updated candidate database for future open positions.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline •1-2 years’ work experience in recruitment •Excellent organizational skills •Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels •Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office •Excellent command of English •Maadi resident is Highly preferred.
