- Develop & Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards. - Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan. - Assign task to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project. - Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization. - Review and analyze the project requirements. - Check / Review the Test Cases documents and update if needed. - Track the assigned tasks with respect to the software test plan and the project schedule. - Track and prepare the report of testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc. - Develop comprehensive and well defined test cases and test scripts based on business requirements, Apply manual and automated test is preferred. - Participate in pretesting phase by evaluating proposed technical solutions and requirements in order to identify potential problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations
Qualifications *Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. - ISTQB & Agile Tester Certification is preferred. - Good background in healthcare field standard, database technology and modern programming life cycle. - Familiar with most Bugs tracking systems like (Redmine, TFS and JIRA). - The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
