Responsible for assessing jobsite and work place activities on safety, safety standards execution, safety inspections, safety training and ensuring compliance by all employees and (sub)contractors with Mammoet and client standards in order to continuously minimise safety incidents for the designated jobsite or geographical territory. 1.Workplace Inspection: Inspect jobsites and assess the presence of safety hazards. Observe personnel to ensure that they are wearing required personal protective equipment and following company safety policies. 2.Training on the job: Identify training needs on the job, notify superiors on appropriate training programs and support the line management in providing safety training to field personnel. 3.Incident Investigation: When an incident occurred; investigate and determine the cause of the incident, report and make recommendations towards management and HSE-Q on preventive measures. 4.Reporting: Prepare and submit incident reports regarding HSE related incidents by using defined standards and procedures. 5.(Sub)Contractors Safety: Control the safety related documents of (sub)contractors if they are in compliance with Mammoet standards and, if applicable, provide the (sub)contractors with required safety training. 6.Administration: Execute and maintain the SHE administration in the applicable (sub)systems, in line with internal procedures.
Qualifications IOSH managing safely certificate NEBOSH certificate & OSHA certificate are plus. Relevant experience to Heavy lifting and transportation is preferable. Site work background is a must. Flexibly on accommodation outside Cairo according to project, location is necessary. -Deciding and Initiating Action -Working with People -Adhering to Principles and Values -Persuading and Influencing -Writing and Reporting -Following Instructions and Procedures
