Follow up production plan achievement and report the production status to direct manager Align with shift manager the Shift productivity and report with any further activities related to shift Ensure the communication within the unit and ensure that all unit tasks, activities is taking place with team - Ensure that the quality rate, percentage is matching standard and customer orders Organize the distribution of work load and tasks between units team Organize the communication between Hot End and other co-related units within operations to ensure good level of coordination Participate in the enhancement and development of unit process and procedures
Qualifications Bachelor of chemistry Engineering or Science, Experience in heavy industrial field (cement - ceramic - glass - Iron)
