-Reviewing invoices & payments for contractors and Suppliers. -Perform quantity surveying works and materials take-off for quantities in the Bill of Quantity ( BOQ). -Assist in estimation of direct costs for tenders. -Prepares cost estimates as required. -Examine and evaluate contract price proposal and financial reports to determine reasonable pricing and contractual requirements. -Assist in the evaluation and assessment of Subcontractors and Suppliers. -Coordinate the approval of drawings and responsible for the distribution of drawings released for construction to concerned site personnel. -Coordinate all design development and approval processes. -Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan. -Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected. -Prepares structural details as and when required for execution of work. -Preparing, studying and tracking the Variation Orders. -Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planned. -Preparing monthly report presenting the current situation of executed work
Qualifications -Candidates must have Technical / engineering civil/ architecture degree from an accredited university. -5–6 years of experience.
