The Social Entrepreneurship Specialist’s role is to contribute to the achievement of the Technical Assistance and Regional Development Projects especially for startups & Entrepreneurs through project design and development, activity monitoring and all other tasks. Duties & Responsibilities: -Take the lead in project design and development; -Prepare Requisitions ,Terms of Reference & MOU; -Prepare Bills documentation and obtain approval; -Promote component initiatives to stakeholders; -Handle inquiries of potential and existing clients; -Coordinate activities of consultants; -Monitor activities of Partners and follow up process. -Review project reports and formulate recommendations; -Coordinate meetings ,events & Workshops; -Monitor project implementation; -Maintain files and information in good order; -Contribute to component and project meetings; -Supervise work of supporting officers where appropriate; -Generate and follow up the activities with local and international partners. -Prepare Program Coordination Reports; -Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications -Bachelors Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration or Economics; -3-10 years of previous experience in project management and of export promotion activities; -Hands-on experience through field visits; -Previous work experience in Nonprofit Organizations & NGOs is a must;; -Knowledge/experience in business development services/trade development; -Working knowledge of Startups and how it works in Egypt would be an advantage -Proficient user of MS package with focus on Word, Excel and Power Point and have a good presentation skills. -Disk Profile preferred (CS-CI)
