To figure out the customers needs using the EPC & body parts catalogues • To check the availability of the parts. • To deliver the parts to the customers ensuring that the right parts are delivered. • To follow up with the customer in order to ensure that all the customers needs are fulfilled and to create new business as well. • To give feedback of competitors prices, available brands in the market, lost sales, quality problems & customers complains. • Prepare proposals. • Order missing parts from the central warehouse. • Collect and review the customers dues. • Promote new company products. • Achieve monthly target
Qualifications Fresh Graduate from Alexandria BSC, of mechanical Engineering. Automotive section is preferred. Knowledge in technical English. Excellent communication skills. work under pressure. good computer skills driver license & car is preferred.
