1.Maintain the CEO’s calendar and notifies him of changes. 2.Set up meetings as instructed or as required. 3.Ensure that logistical aspects of the CEOs personal commitments as well as business requirements are handled efficiently and timely. 4.Manage his personal expenses, as well as the office petty cash. 5.Handle all aspects of the travel arrangements; bookings, accommodations, documents and itineraries. 6.Organize and maintain paper filing records of contracts, reports, legal documents, memos etc. 7.Handle phone and written communication for the CEO. 8.Coordinate some marketing related functions with the Marketing Department. 9.Handle reservations for events and offsite meetings and coordinating with hospitality providers (hotels, conference halls) as well as providing logistical support for such events. 10.Participate in corporate and board meetings on an as needed basis. 11.Assist with special event planning such as the company annual meeting. 12.Take on diverse assignments and managing them expeditiously from beginning to end.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline. •4-6 years of experience in a relevant position.
