• Achievement of the Branch target and development of the branch’s portfolio in respect of quality and number of clients. • Update Market survey for market practices to ensue updated performance in branch. • New Approaches toward new business; brokers and products and creation of new business channels. • Maintain effective and proper underwriting within the branch and ensure compliance with the company’s standards and guidelines. • Provide professional assistance and guidance to clients and/or claimants in respect of their proposals and claims. • Arrange for risk surveys and ensuring appropriate reports to assist in risk assessment and verifying acceptance or rejection of proposed risks. • Effective risk control and adequate monitoring to clients loss ratio. • Ensure adequate development of underwriters and employees in accordance with their requests tasks.
Qualifications - Very good analytical, logical and problem solving abilities. - Highly motivated with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation. - Excellent time management and organization skills. - Sales oriented - Insurance background is a plus.
