-Prepare customers accounts through identifying the exact dates on which payments will be made by each customer -Revenue recognition, recording and tracking according to EAS -Collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines reconciliation of accounts monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities -Maintain accounts receivable customer files follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash and -prepare bank deposits -Investigate and resolve customer queries process adjustments organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally -Manage the account receivable team and stick to deadlines -Performs other duties and projects as assigned by the Financial Controller
Qualifications -Preferred A/R background . -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. -Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. -Good knowledge of both IFRS & EAS. -Analysis and reporting of financial data. -Knowledge of Microsoft office & any ERP systems . -Experience in property developing sector will be a plus.
