• Responsible for managing the support of the Production business applications including system modifications and maintenance • Responsible for business relationships, application performance, and the identification and delivery of new and existing application services to meet the business users known and emerging needs. • Communicate with all functional disciplines and gather their business requirements for IT applications. • Identify solutions and providers, define sourcing approach and manage the providers. • Interfaces between business, technology, and support teams through developing and improving relationship between the business and IT. • Supports business users in development and delivery of end user and ongoing training and education programs. • Facilitates and coordinates gathering of information that results in the definition and documentation of business objectives, requirements, and processes. • Designs and implements business processes and system solutions in support of business requirements, objectives, and goals. • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of business process, procedures, solutions, and systems. • Serves as the technical advisor, provides senior-level input and evaluation on projects. • Will demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems. • Responsible for the managerial direction of the department. • Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of organization to staff.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. 2– 5 experience preferably in industrial companies. Experience with ERP Oracle.
