Supervises the Foreign purchasing process ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements with the best quality, price and timely delivery, while also ensuring the total compliance to the purchasing process. Supervises activities of personnel engaged in buying materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies. Follows-up on the payment process for suppliers and with Finance department and ensures their timely payments as per the contract. Locate foreign vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and contact them to determine product availability and terms of sales. Follows up on implementing the ISO standards and regulation in the foreign purchasing cycles.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree from any discipline (Preferred Electrical Engineering) Manufacturing experience is a must
