•Prepare annual purchasing plan •Negotiate with suppliers to get competitive prices & to reach better payment terms •Issue and follow up purchase orders according to needs of operations •Follow up with suppliers to deliver goods in time and according to P.O. terms •Deliver full set of shipping documents to logistics department to follow up shipping and clearances •Conduct annual suppliers performance evaluation •Maintains updated list of approved vendors. •Processes invoices/ payment requests to be delivered to the Finance Department due payment schedules to suppliers. •Creates special analyses of procurement to seek ways for cost reduction. •Receives purpose requisitions from different departments of the company to fulfill their needs. •Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1.experience from 1 to 3 years in foreign purchasing. 2.Bachelor degree in any discipline 3.Resident of Heliopolis area and nearby will be preferred

Other Skills 1.Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power-Point, MS Project, outlook). 2.knowledge using ERP system will be an advantage 3.Very good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
