Supervises the buying process ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements with the best quality, price and timely delivery, while also ensuring the total compliance to the purchasing process. Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and contact them to determine product availability and terms of sales. Receives and reviews the Local Purchase Order request from the concerned parties ensuring their compliance to the purchasing plan. Ensures the settlement era of the local purchasing with the Finance department. Ensures the accuracy and consistency in keeping the local purchasing data and their availability when needed. Follows-up on the payment process for suppliers and with Finance department and ensures their timely payments as per the contract. Administer online purchasing systems ERP. Follows up on implementing the ISO standards and regulation in the Local purchasing cycles.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree from any discipline (Preferred Electrical Engineering). Manufacturing experience is a must
