•Handle the claims received from the medical providers and the policy - owners to decide the payments within the turnaround time. •Make sure that the checks of the providers and the policy owners are issued on time and immediately sent out. •Ensure that the claims payments decisions taken are within the authority given to the Adjuster by the Company and complies with the contract. •Coordinate with other departments on issues requiring their respective involvement such as Accounting and Group Departments. •Make sure reconciliation of providers at hand are updated and full. •Ensure all required reports are delivered to unit head in a timely manner. •Monitor all incoming claims to area and collaborate with unit head on priority. •Ensure full compliance with the Company Code of Conduct. •Carry out any other assignment as required
Qualifications •Pharmacist / Physician •Good excel knowledge •Good communication skills •Can work in a team / individually •Work under stress
