1.Negotiating terms and arrangements with gatekeepers and medical providers and building a network for MetLife throughout Egypt. 2.Establish and maintain the network of medical providers throughout Egypt with quality and cost saving benchmarks. 3.Conduct regular audits of medical providers network. 4.Set field servicing procedures in coordination with the claim manager and the group administration supervisor on claims. 5.Communicate with medical providers, claimants and policyholders to resolve matters relating to Cost Containment/Managed Care Issues 6.Provide technical assistance to the claims manager on group medical claims. 7.Assist Marketing staff in presentations to clients & medical providers effectively communicating claims procedures and Managed Care capabilities. 8.Recommend necessary cost containment measures with specific attention being made to medical abuses and monitoring practices by medical providers. 9.Report on monthly basis on savings achieved through application of Case Management, audit or price discount negotiations. 10.Assist/Provide input in the design of medical products and services. 11.Carry out other tasks within the medical unit. 12.Comply with MetLife code of conduct, and ensure that it is fully adhered to all times
Qualifications Bsc. Degree. -Very good communication skills.
