. 1. • Serve as a technical lead for hardware installation, configuration, and operational support of these networks’ routers, switches, load balancers. • Serve as technical a lead for WAN Optimization and clients to fine-tune WAN links for optimal performance • Evaluate new technology that would improve the future network architecture, performance, and network services • Ensure all changes go through appropriate review, change control, and acceptance before implementation • Work with the Information Security team to ensure solutions deployed meet security requirements and provide technical assistance for investigation and analysis of security alerts • Administration and maintenance of the telephone system, including telephone switches
Qualifications • Must be CCNA, CCNP certified.
