1. Directs and conducts needs assessment for training and staff development to retain and enhance the effectiveness of employees. 2. Assists managers in preparing individual staff development plans and annual goals and objectives. Designs, develops, and maintains organizational development training programs for management and employees. 3. Initiates in-depth assessments of leadership, management and organizational transformation and development needs, analyzes and provides recommendations. 4. Creates and delivers career development and leadership development programs as needed. Develops and monitors performance management and succession planning programs by helping managers identify, document, and communicate results and deficiencies in performance. Provides information to employees to assist them in correcting poor performance, on or off duty misconduct, and/or to address personal issues that affect them in the workplace. 5. Develops, implements, and maintains training programs, record keeping systems, and the related documentation to support Company programs in compliance with regulatory requirements and employee development initiatives. 6. Designs, delivers and/or contracts for diversity and inclusion education and/or training programs to assure employees are provided developmental opportunities consistent with Company diversity and inclusion goals. 7. Presents internally developed and externally acquired training programs to meet individual and group training needs. 8. Maintains Company Job Descriptions updated (arrange with departments, collect drafts, arrange meetings, file and update when needed). 9. Manages the Performance Management Systems, updates, and analysis.
Qualifications 1. University Degree. 2. A professional HR Certificate is a must. 3. Excellent Job related computer skills. 4. Industrial field experience is an asset.
