Close monitor of field force activities within a specified area to achieve established sales targets. Coach field force on the technical aspects of the organization’s products. Ensure proper coverage of customers as per agreed action plan. Generation of prescriptions driving sales within assigned area. Implement sales and marketing plan of action. Accurate and updated database for assigned area identifying new customers and adding to the existing customer database. Introducing Company’s products to customers delivering product message given from marketing team and implement products strategy. Monitor supply of products to customers as per their purchases requests. Analyze business potential in his assigned area and report to his superior. Contribute ideas/feedback to managers and marketing team that help to develop business plan. Promote Company’s image and products through professional presentation.
Qualifications University Graduate with a Medical or Scientific background. Minimum of 3 years experience as district manager (Pharmaceuticals Field). Good communication skills with colleagues and the market. Has a proven successful sales report. Excellent communication skills. Energetic. Ability to work under stress and self-motivated. Excellent computer skills with all MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...) Creative, good planner and has the ability to coach.
