1.Plans, executes, implements, and finalizes projects according to established guidelines, deadlines and within budget. 2.Develops projects’ full scale plans including review of workflow, establishment of controls, defining projects’ tasks and resource requirements, execution timeline, integration and recommendations for continuous improvement as well as the day to day management 3.Oversees projects’ team members at multiple offices and locations. 4.Communicates project plans and budgets via regular project meetings. 5.Troubleshoots difficult project management situations, shares techniques, and encourages appropriate preventative actions and interventions with tact and insight. 6.Provides on-time reports and claims for the project. 7.Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools. 8.Ensures on-going monitoring of the project and provides updates on progress of the project to all stakeholders. 9.Defines and drives acceptance of standards and methods to manage projects across the organization, across functions and globally, while maintaining flexibility where appropriate regarding appropriate methodologies for different areas of the business. 10.Provides guidance on project metrics and mentoring/training on project initiation, control, and closure. 11.Manages all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting. 12.Negotiates and resolves all customer concerns. 13.When necessary, estimates change orders for assigned projects.
Qualifications Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is a must. Experience in M.V, L.V & Infrastructure works is a must
