• Maintain the internal recruitment cycle from start to end & engage team members as required • Receive and coordinate all recruitment needs and update on a regular basis. • Post job vacancies on the different recruitment channels (employment fairs, websites, recruitment agencies) • Receive, screen and short list CVs in accordance with the relevant profiles • Manage the interviewing process for all candidates from start till selection of the suitable candidates • Communicate with candidates as needed to ensure full understanding of positions. • Ensure all documentation related to the recruitment process is being well maintained by all relevant team members • Report on all recruitment activities & update related tools according to process requirements • Investigate & engage new recruitment channels in coordination with manager • Provide support in populating the associates database in terms of entering new and updating existing consultants’ data
Qualifications Education major: Business Administration/Economics/Management or a related discipline • Able to professionally use Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Able to develop professional & organized documents & presentations • Able to handle multiple activities
