1. Increase profitable market share through aggressive development of new business relationships. 2. Execute the sales cycle: New business contact, presentation, quoting, order processing, customer relationship growth, communication and reporting. 3. Assist in annual strategic market planning and sales forecasting process for designated sales territory; track and monitor performance against quota. 4. Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. 5. Participate in the development of business cases for new projects / initiatives. 6. Discover new growth avenues, leverage existing customer base, and expand strategic alliances to capture a significant target areas. 7. Maintain market intelligence on marketing propositions of competitors and trends and ensure sharing of market intelligence with the General Manager. 8. Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree Preferred (business, marketing, or related field) Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large central plant operations. Must have a successful track record of leadership of HVAC, VRF, VRV sales teams. Must have a strong working knowledge of energy management best practices Comfortable will selling on product quality rather than price Capable of generating new business relationships pro-actively and enjoys extensive networking within the community to generate leads Excellent communication, administrative and computer skills Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information Has ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
