Project/program Management 1. Handle assigned projects from planning phase to closure phase in order ensure the successful completion of each phase in terms of quality, cost, time and scope. 2. Define resources, deliverables, goals, and milestones to ensure the accurate IT resources capacity planning. 3. Apply set strategies for risks’ mitigation and create project risk management plans to ensure having budget that cover the agreed upon risks responses. 4. Manage and oversee the project’s team and resolve project conflicts to ensure a smooth operating environment and avoid delays in the project timelines. 5. Identify and share efficiently in resolving the project technical issues to achieve the project goals within the agreed upon budget and time line and up to defined quality standards. 6. Ensure proper issue resolution actions are taken, and relevant escalations are being done whenever required. 7. Prepare the status reports in order to be submitted to stakeholders & ensure the Senior Management awareness of the project progress and recommend solutions for the Managements’ checking and approvals. 8. Keep track and file the technical and administrative project documentation for the accurate tracking of the project and build the organizations’ knowledge base through the Projects’ lessons learnt. 9. Ensure the project goals are aligned with overall organization objectives. 10. Manager the relationships with external parties (i.e. Vendors) to ensure healthy relationship between vendors and internal stakeholders is maintained. 11. Ensure project governance methodology is properly applied. Strategy 12. Provide input to the formulation and implementation of the Project Management Department strategy to ensure the alignment with CIB strategy Policies, Processes and Procedures manages their implementation to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience PMP, PgMP, Prince2, CSM…etc certifications is highly recommended. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, commerce or related field. Master’s degree is an asset Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience. Banking experience is an asset. Project Management Skills Fluent English Language Excellent organisational skills Strong leadership and decision making skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Understanding of complex information and requirements Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans Great IT skills combined with a good head for business Strong knowledge in Project Management tools and techniques Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
