Supervise night work activates and able to aligned with customs authority needs • Mange cash transactions in accuracy with integrity • Maintain high level of batch clearance percentage • Manage all necessary safety needed in all different work aspects to secure the place, equipment’s and other work activities • Manage and update daily/ monthly and yearly reports needed to other divisions • Maintain Cut off timings to serve other divisions work activities • Manage all system checks to make sure no service failures end of each business day • Respond to Customs trace agents or any other division inquiries and communicate 2 way communications • Monitor and measures all airport activates and service levels • Respond to customers and other division’s enquiries who want to talk to a superior or manager or to clarify any customs regulations • Dealing with airlines carriers as well as FedEx gateways for line-hull rates, activates and commitments • Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up and worked resolutions. • Document and escalate any custom issues related to customs clearance issues or service errors. • Work with superiors to improve productivity, manage workload of team and Monitor work schedules. • Assist with training of new employees within department. • Provides information to new-hires on the company policies and work/department procedures. • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with the team members, as well as cross functionally • Able to adjust work timings based on operation needs . • Responsible for filling all administration documents of airport department. • Any other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager
Qualifications University Degree At least 3 year experience in the Custom clearance Services. Excellent Keyboard skills, proficient command of MS Excel & Word . Ability to operate spread sheets and prepare reports.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
