- Responsible for efficiently managing Preventative and Reactive Maintenance Activities and Repair for all company trucks (50 units); concrete truck mixers and truck-mounted concrete pumps. -Responsible for set-up and implementation of Preventative Maintenance Plan for all company trucks, with accurate documentation. -Responsible for troubleshooting defects and managing repair of all company trucks, with a focus on minimizing stoppage time. -Follow up inventory levels of spare parts and consumables and coordinate with Store Keeping Department. -Guide technically on best suppliers/workshops for needed spare parts. -Coordinate with Operations Department situation of fleet of trucks.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering -Demonstrated leadership skills. -Profound mechanical engineering knowledge with basic electric engineering knowledge. -Past experience in maintenance of trucks is a must. -Preferably experience in a ready-mix concrete company or a logistics company. -Past experience and knowledge in hydraulic systems is a plus.
