Preparation of bid schedules • Evaluates the Invitation to Bid (ITB) documentation regarding requirements for scheduling and identifies deviations to the standard discipline tools, procedures and practices • Contributes to preparation of bid deviation lists and participates in bid clarifications with client, partners and sub-contractors • Obtains the required project-specific schedule input from each responsible proposal team member • Develops the bid schedule and discusses and agrees with the proposal team for release by the PLX • Provides other proposal documentation as required by the PLX Preparation of schedules for project execution • Evaluates the contract documentation regarding requirements for scheduling and identifies deviations to the standard discipline tools, procedures and practices • Discusses and agrees the strategy for schedule preparation with the PM • Discusses and agrees the procedures for scheduling and progress assessment of each project phase with the responsible manager (EM, PPM, PCM, SM, COM) according to the contract requirements for release by the PM • Discusses and agrees project-specific co-ordination procedures with client, partners and sub-contractors for release by the PM • Determines the structure of the schedule as per agreed procedures • Obtains the required project-specific schedule input from each responsible project team member • Develops the Level 3 schedule model and discusses and agrees with the project team, client, partners and sub-contractors for release by the PM • Develops Level 3 project schedules as required by the contract / as defined by the PM • Develops Level 1 and 2 project schedules as required by the contract / as defined by the PM • Provides schedule information (activities, scheduled dates, etc.) for lower-level control tools operated by other disciplines • Provides other scheduling deliverables as required by the contract
Qualifications Job specification: - University: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. - Total Experience: Minimum 7 Years in the field of oil, gas or petrochemical industry. Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning and project controlling. - Training Courses: Professional Diploma / Program at Project Management- Advanced Primavera P6+ Carry out special schedule analysis and trouble shooting, PMI-SP or PSP is preferable. - Languages: Fluent Arabic and English “Min. V.Good” , others is preferable - Computer Skills: Primavera P6+& Microsoft office “Advanced is must” - Special Skills : Communication & Leadership Skills- Technical / Professional Skills and Knowledge
