•Receives customers, conducts first level diagnosis of the requested repair work and details the same effectively. •Opens accurate job cards detailing all requirements and ensures the appropriate technician is assigned the work through the shop foreman. •Tracks each job to ensure its completion in the prescribed time and updates the customer regularly on the status of the repair job. •Ensures job cards received after completion of work are accurate and contain all the required documents before closing. •Ensures timely follow up and update on of recalls.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Automotive Department 3-5 years relevant experience , Fluent English , Excellent Communication skills . Excellent Negotiation Skills Customer Oriented
