1. Take all necessary steps to achieve coordinated and orderly departures of refugees at Cairo Airport. 2. Ensure transportation arrangements are carried out in conformity with recognized standards of security and safety. 3. Ensure the transportation arrangements meet the resettlement criteria with regard to proper documentation, valid travel documents and required visas in accordance with Movement Management Manual. 4. Photocopy essential documents as needed; 5. Final check to the IOM bags and visas for refugees bound movements to Australia Canada and USA as prepared by the Operations assistants and confirm matching with final ABN 6. Verify travel documents and exit visa before departure 7. Complete pre-departure briefings advising the refugees about all departure procedures and needed information such as flight details and luggage allowance. 8. Confirm departure to Operations staff advising any cancellation or no show 9. Complete Airport duties as required; 10. Verify and ensure dispatch of departure notification upon completion of the flight
Qualifications - Completed secondary education with four years of relevant experience in movements and airport assistance - Bachelor’s degree in any related field with two years of relevant experience in movements and airport assistance - Experience in dealing with refugees is an advantage; - Good familiarity with IOM and related migration standards an advantage; - Good familiarity with IOM and related migration standards an advantage
