Job Level Managerial
1- Manage and coordinate with consultants and vendors. They include, but are not limited to, production architects, engineers, renderers, furniture vendors. 2- Manage the design development and construction document drawing production phases. Ensure consultants maintain schedules and are provided information required to complete drawings. 3- Review, redline, and approve all construction documents to ensure drawings are accurate and consistent (especially between the architectural and engineering documents). 4- Participate in the collaborative design of new fixtures and store models. 5- Manage consultant’s budgets and discern the need and request additional scope work 6- Prepare consultant contracts with our in-house attorney Schedules 7- Develop and maintain deliverable schedules 8- Collaborate closely with other Related groups so that documents are delivered and evaluated within the timelines established 9- Capable of identifying any discrepancies between deliverables and constantly evolving project objectives 10- Identify and maintain any timelines that are related to the Department of Building or any other government agency Meetings 11- Conduct periodic coordination meetings involving related consultants so that information is shared and dialogue is constant 12- Record and minute all meetings and keep track of attendees’ input
Qualifications • BA/BS degree in Architecture. • Minimum experience 8-20 years.
