The field-based ICT Platform Project Manager is responsible for the efficient liaison between SEED, any and all subcontractors and service providers hired to support the design, development, launch, operation, and/or maintenance of the ICT Platform, core and node managers, and the variety of end users, including but not limited to entrepreneurs, MSMEs, service providers, and buyers. The ICT Platform Project Manager will provide all logistical and operational support to SEED for the efficient launch and implementation of this web and mobile based applications platform.
Qualifications - Applicant must be of Egyptian nationality; - Solid experience working with Open Source frameworks; - Proven knowledge in implementing solutions based on WAMP and/or LAMP platforms; - Solid experience working in writing technical documentation for custom developed software solutions; - Solid experience in implementing web-based projects using Open Source technologies such as MySQL, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap; - Proven knowledge in managing ICT projects using Microsoft Project or similar tools; - Broad and relevant experience in three or more of the following areas IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support; - Minimum 10 years’ experience in analysis and design of platforms with diversified functions and objectives; - BA in Business, ITC, Engineering, or other relevant field
