Negotiate, arrange and execute all company events and PR activities. Develop a PR and business plan. Finalize contracts with reliable advertising agency. Allocate and overview different assigned budgets for PR and Marketing and for communication channels and develop an internal communication system for the staff. Organize periodic conferences, meetings and other special events and develop opportunities for sponsorship participation in events and conferences. Maintain Market and internet searches and updates about competitions, trends and areas of potential new clients Plan and develop an internal communication system via e-newsletter and reminders Developed a new website with all its topics representing the vision, mission and values of the firm and updating it on a monthly basis. Prepare input from partners/senior associates/lawyers for the monthly website update. Included the firm in international, regional and local associations and institutions for networking purposes and attain wide regional exposure and presence for the purpose of enhancing our corporate image and presence in the legal market. Arranging and organizing regional conferences, workshops in the different fields of expertise like Arbitration, Litigation and Banking & Finance. Develop a marketing concept and amending it accordingly in respect to the trends and studies of the market and the different competitors, on a yearly basis. Develop and produce a corporate brochure highlighting our values, expertise and team of professionals; sending e-info, newsletters, email shots to introduce our firm to different sectors, companies and institutions. Deal with international firms, keep lists of contacts (firms and clients) updated with notes; comments and suggests how to use our contacts and when to approach etc.. Annual or semi-annual marketing reports in cooperation with billing and accounting on revenues from different practices, clients, referrals etc
Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
