1. Supervises the external maintenance team with co-ordination with internal operations team and facilities team. 2. Makes frequent daily inspection tours, to check condition of building and equipment, and to monitor work progress generally and take the immediate corrective adequate action. As well as take the proactive adequate actions before any failure occurrence or any safety issue. 3. Make sure that all external contractors representatives are in place according to the agreed schedule and communicate this with Operations manager on each shift. 4. Strong and closely communication and follow up with all works being done by the external contractors and work orders raised by building users to make sure of accepted quality according to the company standards. 5. Close follow up on trouble reports response and completion timing and raise any issue of delay or late timing to the Operation Manager with recommendation of required actions in order to avoid it from future occurrence. 6. In case of any delay of any work order, operation team leader should communicate the action plan of solutions with operation team and the work order requester explaining the reasons of the delay. 7. Close communication with office clerks in handling any issue related to the building constructions, requested work orders, furnishing, floors, grounds, …..etc. 8. Assist the Operation Engineers in putting their inputs on the external companies performance, applied penalties, areas to be improved, … etc. 9. Does fully understand how all systems work so that all plant and equipment can be operated automatically, checking and resetting temperatures in all areas as required. 10. To be aware with all OH&S rules, procedures, policies and standards applied in the building and to be the first priority in all running and future works.
Qualifications • Graduation – Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering • Fresh graduate - One year experience in facility management “Companies, Hotels, restaurants, Stores, ……,etc.” is preferred • Ability to work in various times, holidays, weekends according to work needs. • Good English language speak, read and write. • AutoCAD 2D is preferred. • Age between 22 to 28 years.
