-Responsible for planning of raw & pack material (Local & Export) through calculating & analyzing requirements based on : Production plan, available stocks, open orders which are performed on monthly & weekly basis & communicating these requirements to procurement Department. -Adjusting Material planning according to any related changes in Production plan, available stocks, open orders. Collect and analyse data required for effective production planning. -Converting formula cards into Bill of materials for all finished goods. Carry out transferring of the production plan into the manufacturing control system (SAP). -Gathering data that provides the link between the finished goods & corresponding packing materials. -Continuous follow up with the procurement to ensure that the materials are delivered as per planned. -Handling phase in & phase out plans. Prepare timely and accurate reporting on production volume, utilization of lines’ capac. -Monitoring & analyzing inventory performance. ity, productivity. -Analyzing material shortage, excess stocks, non demand & slow moving stocks in terms of time, values & volume of Finished Goods. -Providing procurement with future material requirement basis of production forecast. Liaise with Purchasing Manager in order to ensure timely and correct ordering of raw, packaging and indirect materials required for production. -Analyzing raw materials coverage based of shelf life to take necessary action for items that will expire before usage. -Ensure effective Quality, S&E systems within a scope of the positions responsibility. -Ensures that all quality (HACCP, GMP) and safety regulations are in place, monitored, and followed by corrective actions.
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree. -7 years of experience in Food industries. -Must Know SAP System.
