-Ensure preparing the daily attendance and absent record for preparation staff. -Recording and ordering all the requested raw materials for all lines in a separate report, for each line -Ensuring the physical check for all orders every day and preparing a daily report for each line consumed. -Preparing all the requested Raw Materials for the relevant lines according to the right formula and traceability report for the Lap. -Ensure sending samples from each SKU to QA Lap for reviewing and approvals. -Empower, encourage and support team members to assume individual accountability and ownership for the results of the preparation lap. -Organize and arrange with others shifts Engineer to ensure fully performance during shifts taking-over. -Maintain ongoing communication within the team, Team Leaders, and Shift Supervisor. -Coordinate the application of workplace practices and regulations, ensuring the rules are observed in the field of work safety, product quality, hygiene (GMP, HACCP, and ISO). As well as the 5S concept rules. -Ensure making fully control on the raw material flow at his location, in order to minimize the materials waste and keep the place clean and organized as well.
Qualifications -Must Have Experience in food industries. -University education in food industry. -Good knowledge of the technological production process for the lines he works with. -Knowledge of operating and reporting. -Knowledge of quality (GMP, ISO, HACCP).
